Reynolds leaves Tasmania in 14th, whilst Russell has his best finish in Sunday’s race.
Erebus Motorsport knows that hard work lies ahead following another weekend of development during Race 4 & 5 at Symmons Plains. David Reynolds took a 16th and 18th respectively, the latter race being marred by a rear flat tyre. The weekend results drop him back to 14th overall in the 2016 V8 Supercars Championship. – “We need to be better everywhere. We are good, but we need to be better and we need to be patient as it will come”.
Aaren Russell had his best finish following race 2 claiming 18th – “That was a crazy race, I even got bumped in the last lap which pushed me back another position. I was happier with my pace, it improved throughout the race and I found myself getting comfortable with the track. I will continue to say that, as I need to be patient and smart. The track, car and team are all new to me and I am trying to learn as quickly as I can”.
The team will next race in Philip Island from the 15th to the 17th of April. For more information go to
