Rarely seen without a smile, Jack Le Brocq will now steer a car with a wink at this weekend’s Sydney SuperNight.
Jack proudly welcomes long-term partner Wake Up! to his #9 Erebus Motorsport Camaro as the action goes under lights at Sydney Motorsport Park.
“I’m really proud to represent Wake Up!,” said Le Brocq. “They’ve created a brand that embodies youthfulness, fun, and trust, making them a standout in the accommodation industry. Having them back on one of my cars with a full livery is fantastic, especially at SMP, a track I love so much.”
Wake Up! started as an 8-storey building in Sydney CBD and has now evolved into three vibrant locations: Wake Up! Byron Bay, Wake Up! Bondi Beach, and Wake Up! Sydney. Their focus on social interactions encourages travellers to connect through activities like complimentary yoga, personal training, wine and cheese events, and walking tours.
Wake Up!, part of The Millett Group, sees their partnership with Erebus as a natural extension of its brand values.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Jack again and especially to have this amazing full car livery for the Sydney SuperNight,” said Christian Millett, CEO of The Millett Group.
“Wake Up! has been supporting Jack continually for over 10 years, in fact Jack drove a Wake Up!-backed Erebus Academy entry at Adelaide back in 2014!”
Team mate and reigning Supercars champion Brodie Kostecki will likewise debut a new backer, with SS Signs jumping on as the primary partner for Sydney, in a tweaked take on the “Tron” livery.
Erebus collaborated closely with the team at SS Signs to create something a little extra for both cars for the night time racing action. The result is two unique but complementary liveries designed to grab attention and “reflect” the essence of the brands.
“Both Brodie and I are pretty stoked with how the cars are looking this weekend. I’m a bit disappointed I won’t be able to see them from a spectator perspective on track because I reckon they’re going to be showstoppers,” Le Brocq said.
Also new to the bonnet of the #1 car is PowerPlay, the latest concept in indoor entertainment and electric karting. PowerPlay started in Western Australia with two locations in Perth and will open the doors of its first east coast site in Melbourne this weekend, with more planned across the country in the very near future. .
The new Moorabbin venue will boast the city’s only two-level kart track. Founded by former professional rally co-driver Glenn Macneall, PowerPlay is different from other karting experiences and welcomes beginners, with the aim to share the team’s passion for racing with those who haven’t experienced it before.
