The Erebus Pedders Racing Commodore will return for a consecutive round this weekend, as the team hit the streets of Townsville for back-to-back weekends of racing.

The deal was originally brokered exclusively for the NTI Townsville 500, but with a sudden calendar change, Pedders Suspension & Brakes will continue to support the Erebus Commodore.

Unveiled last Tuesday, the predominantly red and white livery was well-received by fans and those within the Supercars paddock.

“I knew the livery would get an awesome response,” Brown said.

“The amount of comments I got over the weekend about how great the livery looked was fantastic. I can’t thank Pedders enough,” Brown said.

Recording his third top five result of the season on Sunday, Brown was thrilled with his performance and highly complimentary of the team’s efforts across the weekend.

“I think what was special about my top five in Townsville was having to pass and battle a few really good racers,” Brown said.

“It was pretty cool to be battling drivers further up the field, it was definitely the highlight of my race season so far.

“We finished the weekend really strong which should bring good momentum heading into the Townsville SuperSprint this weekend.”

Pedders Suspension & Brakes Managing Director Scott Pedder was impressed by Will’s Sunday results and is looking forward to seeing him back on track this weekend.

“Will and the entire Erebus Motorsport team did such a great job of representing Pedders Suspension & Brakes last weekend, it made sense for us to continue the sponsorship for the second Townsville round,” Pedder said.

“It was great to see the team get a strong result in Sunday’s race, Will is clearly enjoying the track and the car is quick there, so hopefully we can continue to see great things from the Pedders Supercar.”

Erebus CEO Barry Ryan added: “It’s great to have Pedders Suspension & Brakes remain on board Will’s car this weekend.

“It highlights their commitment to us as a team, as well as their belief in Will who put on an exceptional performance last weekend.”

The popular Pedders Suspension & Brakes livery will hit the track for this weekend’s WD-40 Townsville SuperSprint, July 17-18.
