Erebus Academy’s Jaylyn Robotham has revealed his brand new livery announcing Shred-X Secure Destruction as his new naming rights sponsor for this weekend’s Perth SuperNight.

For 20 years, Shred-X Secure Destruction has been Australia’s number one choice for confidential secure destruction, document shredding, office paper recycling and destroying sensitive data.

Shred-X National Sales & Marketing Manager, Renee Pryor is pleased to have the opportunity to promote the Shred-X brand and reach a new audience.

“We are delighted to support Jaylyn and the team at Image Racing as we see a strong alignment with Supercars,” Pryor said.

“We also look forward to raising awareness for our WA charity partner Team Spencer and the fight to treat Spinal Muscular Atrophy in kids from 6 months old.”

Team Spencer was set up by Rick & Ruth Steven in memory of their son Spencer who was born in 2006 with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), the number one genetic killer of children under the age of two.

Additionally, WA Shred-X State Manager Peter Torpy is looking forward to unveiling the new livery at their Perth brand tomorrow afternoon.

“We are excited to officially launch the partnership between Shred-X, Jay Robotham and Image Racing here at our Welshpool WA office on Wednesday 27th April at 1pm,” Torpy.

“Supercars aligns well with our go to market strategy plus we are buoyed by the opportunity to continue to raise awareness for Team Spencer.”

Shred-X welcomes fans to take part in the launch and see the #999 Commodore in the flesh for the first time.

Having secured his first win at this year’s Sydney opener, Robotham is hoping to continue the momentum heading into Perth.

“We are looking for a strong follow up to our success from round 1,” Robotham said.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Shred-X as our new partner and the livery on the car is outstanding.

“I’m excited to be heading over to Perth for the first time, I’ve had a look at some footage of the track and I think our cars will suit the layout so I’m really looking forward to it.”

Robotham’s new-look Commodore will hit the track at Wanneroo Raceway at 12:35PM (AWST) on Friday for Practice 1.
