Erebus Academy driver Jay Hanson has revealed his livery for the 2023 Super2 season opener in Newcastle.

The new livery is a step away from last year’s primarily white livery, employing a black base and striking blue detailing throughout the design.

Hanson is pleased to continue partnerships with a number of long term partners and is excited to welcome on board some brand new partners.

“It’s really exciting to head into a new season and my second season of Super2 with some great partners,” Hanson said.

“Ingal Civil, Pana Group and AA Holdings have supported me throughout my whole karting career and have followed me through my transition to cars.

“I’m also welcoming Sunbury Denture Clinic and Glade Civil. It’s great to see them on board, the livery looks great and I’m really excited to see it on track tomorrow.”

Ingal Civil products will take pride of place on both doors of the #49 Commodore for the opening round before transitioning to the front guards for the remainder of the season.

The livery also features JD Printing, Cowbiz, and Australian Barriers, who continue their support from Hanson’s debut season last year.

The newly wrapped #49 Commodore will hit the track in Newcastle this morning with first practice kicking off at 10:10am local time.
