Rain has seen the final day of racing at Sydney Motorsport Park declared a non-event, with no points to be awarded.

Like yesterday, qualifying kicked off the day’s proceedings, although the car struggled for grip in the slippery conditions.

Will Brown and Brodie Kostecki started from P16 and P19 respectively behind the Safety Car as rain continued to pour. Cars circulated for five laps before the race was red-flagged and ultimately abandoned and declared a non-race.

Erebus Motorsport now head back to base in Melbourne for a week of preparation, ahead of the grand finale at Bathurst, Sunday 5 December.
