How do I become a member?

Head to the Club page, choose your level of membership and register your details. Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Your pack will be sent in the post from March 2021.

How do I renew my membership?

Head to the Club page, log into your membership account, return to the club page and choose your level of membership. Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Your pack will be sent in the post from March 2021.

How long does a membership last?

Memberships are effective from the date of purchase until 31 December 2021.

What types of memberships are there?

There are five levels of membership and these are outlined on the Club page. Prices and benefits detailed are not negotiable.

What happens if I don’t take up all the benefits offered?

Unused member privileges or benefits do not carry over to another year and will be forfeited.

I’m a platinum member, when/how do I take my hot lap?

Once our ride days are locked in, Platinum members will be able to select their location preference from the selection in their members portal, and all you need to do from there is turn up! 1 week prior to your chosen ride day, you will receive an email detailing the time of your ride.

What if I don’t live in Australia or NZ?

Members living outside of Australia or New Zealand wishing to purchase a membership need to email memberships@erebusmotorsport.com to discuss additional postage costs before purchase.

I haven’t received my pack yet. What should I do?

Please contact the team via email membership@erebusmotorsport.com. Erebus Motorsport are not responsible for any missing deliveries to nominated addresses. It is recommended you provide an address where deliveries can be accepted during business hours.

How do I book my pit tour?

To register for a Pit Tour, please log into the members portal, and register your  preferred event you would like to take your tour. Pit tours will be offered at every round throughout 2021 and members are allowed to select one event throughout the season. We urge you to secure your pit tour as soon as possible to avoid missing out as spaces are limited.

What day/time will my pit tour take place?

If you are successful in securing a pit tour, you will be notified the date and time via email the week of the event. Please note tours are not available on all days at all events. Please assemble at the rear of the Erebus Motorsport pit garage 5 minutes prior to the commencement of your tour. For street tracks, specific meeting points will be arranged and advised via email. Appropriate clothing and closed-toe shows must be worn. Erebus Motorsport staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for the pit garage at any time.

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Members are unable to bring guests with them for their pit tour and meet and greet; although members are entitled to bring one (1) guest to our member’s night at Erebus HQ. All members under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Am I allowed to take photos/video during my pit tour?

The use of mobile phones, cameras or any filming devices during the tour is only allowed if approved by a team member. We reserve the right to delete any photos or video footage of any restricted areas of the garage, vehicles, transporter or facilities.

How do I gain access to the Erebus Motorsport Club Facebook page?

Members can use the link provided in your welcome email, or by searching “Erebus Motorsport Club” on Facebook. Ask to join the group and one of our team members will accept your shortly. Members with names not matching their member profile will not be accepted.

I’m a platinum member, how do I receive discounted tickets for Supercars events?

Platinum members will be able to request discounted tickets by using the link provided in the members portal. Ticket requests are due no later than one month prior to the event. Discounts will vary and prices advertised are not negotiable.

When can I meet Will or Brodie?

Members will be able to meet the drivers at the member’s night at Erebus HQ. Or during the exclusive Q&A nights pre event.

What date is the member’s night at Erebus HQ?

Details of the Members Night at Erebus HQ will be advised via email.

How do I redeem my merchandise discount?

Your member’s discount code can be found in your welcome email. Discounts can be redeemed by entering the discount code at our online store and by showing your keyring prior to purchase at the team store on event days. The discount code is valid on the recommended retail price of all official Erebus Motorsport merchandise and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. The discount code is intended for members only and misuse of the code may result in removal from the membership program.

How do I change my details?

To change your email, address, phone number or any personal details, please email memberships@erebusmotorsport.com.

How do I get a hot lap with the team?

You can purchase a hot lap as part of our Platinum membership only.

I’m a Platinum member, how do I take my hot lap?

Once our ride days are locked in, Platinum members will be sent an email detailing the dates and locations. Reply with your preferred location and all you need to do from there is turn up! One month before your chosen ride day, you will receive an email detailing the time of your ride.

What if I am unable to attend the ride days scheduled?

Dates and locations for the hot laps are not negotiable and any unused member privileges or benefits will not carry over to another year and will be forfeited.

Are there any restrictions to take a hot lap?

Passengers must be under 185cm in height and below 105kg. This is based of a height-weight ratio and passengers should fit comfortably within a size 2XL or smaller.  Pregnant women and guests with pre-existing heart conditions and injuries (including neck/back complaints, sprains, strains and breaks) cannot take a hot lap. Passengers must be over the age of 16 to participate, and if under the age of 18, have a parent/guardian present on the day. Pleasure ensure you meet the requirements before signing up to be a Platinum member. Erebus Motorsport is not responsible for the termination of your hot lap should you not meet the requirements.

When should I arrive at the track and what do I do once I’m there?

We ask that you please arrive at the track at the time detailed in your confirmation. Once you’re there, head to the Penrite Racing garage and check in at the sign-in table where you will be required to fill out an indemnity form.

What should I wear?

Something comfortable and lightweight, as the race suit will be going over the top! For females, we’d recommend wearing pants/shorts over dresses/skirts. Most importantly, be sure to wear closed-toe shoes, as you won’t be getting in the car without them. The team will provide you with everything else you need; including suit, gloves, helmet and hans device.

Can I choose which driver and/or car I ride with?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee who will be driving which car when.

How do I know which car I’ll be riding in?

The team will allocate a car on the day.

Am I allowed to take photos and/or videos?

Absolutely, there will be an area where spectators can film/photograph! It didn’t happen unless there’s proof, right? We will also have a professional photographer on hand to take a picture of you in the car, which we tell you how to access on the day.

Can I take my camera/GoPro inside the car?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow phones, cameras, GoPro’s or any other camera/filming device in the car with you.

Will there be any food/drinks?

Drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day.

What happens if it rains?

A little bit of rain never hurt anybody, so your ride day will almost definitely go ahead. If there are any changes to the schedule or the ride day does not proceed due to inclement weather, breakdown, change to a track or any other circumstances, you will be notified prior to your arrival time.
